• Cancellation

    A. As we usually process the orders in 24 working hours, please contact us immediately if you determine to cancel an order. However, we do NOT guarantee that the order can be cancelled successfully. If the order has been dispatched by our warehouse or a 3rd party warehouse, we will take it as a return order. Please check the return section below.

    B. If there's something wrong with our warehouse or courier, or some other force majeure, we'll negotiate with you at once. We will either refund the order or delay the dispatch.


  • Order tracking
    Usually an email with the tracking number will be sent to you within 24 working hours. You can also find the tracking number in My Account section. If you do not receive an email and can't find the tracking number, please contact us.


  • Exchange

    We understand that mistake may happen, if you bought the wrong size, just simply contact us to return it and re-order the right size. However, we can only do it free once.



  • Return & Refund

    Free return within 30 days after receipt of your order. Return must be received in new condition with original packaging. Please contact us first before you send any item back. After the contact, a return shipping label will be given. After 30 days, a return address will be given and you can either send it back yourself or ask us to give you the label which the shipping cost is on you.

    Usually, a refund will be given within 24 working hours.
